Doctor sued for 'branding' patients uterus
A California gynecologist is being sued for branding a patients name on her uterus using an "electrocautery device". The doctor removed a woman's uterus during an operation at his Orange County office 2006. He carved "Ingrid" on the uterus so he would not get it confused with others. My question is do you think it is right to sue the doctor?

its already been taken out. so he should be able todo whatever he wants, i understand that its her uterus, but hes a gynecologist he knows what hes doing...
